What should I do if I want to repair or service my jewelry?Updated a year ago

If your jewelry requires repair or servicing, you can either schedule a service appointment with us if you're in New York City or ship it to our studio. For shipping, please include a filled out Return Form with your package so we know it's from you. We will perform a maintenance inspection upon receipt, and reach out with a quote before any work is done if the service is not covered by our warranty. If your jewelry is insured, your insurance company may cover the repair costs.
