Contact your jewelry insurance carrier and file a claim as soon as possible. Once your claim is approved, we should be notified about your claim (assuming that you elect us to be the jeweler to service or replace your jewelry), and with this information we will contact you about next steps.
If you don't hear from us within one week of your claim being approved, please email us directly with your claim information ([email protected]).
