If you have made a mistake on your order, please reach out to our team right away.   If we have not started fabricating your order, changing the metal may be an easy record update.  However, if we are close to completing your ring and you need to change the metal, then this may require us to remake a new ring.   In this scenario, your request may be subjected to a change fee as much as 15% of the cost of your setting.
