What are the procedures for resizing a ring, and can the size be precisely adjusted?Updated a year ago

Resizing a ring is a common and straightforward process.  We perform a full quality check before releasing the ring to ensure correct size and secure stones. We aim for accuracy in sizing but do note that there can be slight variations due to measuring tool variance between jeweler to jeweler.  The first resizing is typically complimentary, and we strive to get the ring back to you, resized to the desired measurement, as promptly as possible.

While resizing a ring is common, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  1. Not all rings can be resized.  Those with patterns or diamonds set all around the ring (eternity rings), or complex designs constructed with multiple parts likely cannot be resized.
  2. We recommend limiting your resizing to +/- 1.5 size, and no more than 3 or 4 resizings for the life of the ring.
