How does the diamond sourcing process work, and can I see the stone before it's set?Updated a year ago

Our diamond sourcing process is customer-focused, allowing you to select from our recommendations, which typically reflect great brilliance, colorless and eye-clean qualities. We can also source diamonds that fit your specific preferences.

The first step in your journey should be deciding on the design (browse our portfolio here).  We have seen some clients make the mistake of choosing the diamond first, only to find out later that their diamond does not fit well with the setting that they want.  The design will also dictate how big the center stone should be, for example, if your setting has a halo, you may want a smaller center stone than if you were to choose a solitaire.

Once you know the shape and approximate center diamond size that you want, it would be helpful to decide on a budget, and also your choice of natural vs lab-created diamond.   Our diamond portal offers you a vast selection of both natural and lab diamonds, and many of them have zoomed-in 360 degree videos.

If you are not comfortable choosing a diamond from a portal, our team can help guide you through the process.  If you are able to visit our New York City studio, you may see several options side by side and choose the diamond that you like most.  To get started with this process, please tell us more about your request using this form

Once the setting and center stone have been selected (and other pertinent info such as deadline, finger size, and your metal preference), then we can begin your project after a confirmed order.
