The completion time of your order depends on the complexity of your project, and every project generally consists of the following main stages: 

1. Design & Material Sourcing - If you are ordering an existing design from our website, then this first stage is generally straightforward and predictable (about one to two weeks).  If you want small tweaks to an existing design, this is usually simple unless your project involves a material (usually gemstone) that is difficult to find.  Fully custom projects usually require two weeks to several months for the design, which includes client feedback and approval.  
2. Fabrication - The completion of stage 1 allows us to begin production of your piece, which ranges from 2.5 weeks for a simple solitaire, to 4-5 weeks for most rings, and up to several months for super complex projects (ie. lots of pavé settings, hand-engraving, intricate details, and custom cut gemstones such as our Andora design).   

Most products state the approximate delivery time in the product description section, and if none is stated, then 5-6 weeks delivery time is a good assumption for most products.   

Please be reminded that special holiday closures add to the above timeline, such as our annual summer & winter break (normally first week of July, and two weeks around Xmas and New Years).
